Also known as Siping Street, Siping is a prefecture-level city in central Songliao Plain, at the intersection of Liaoning, Jilin and Inner Mongolia.

As a vital transportation and logistics hub in Northeast China, Siping serves as the “Southern Gateway to Jilin Province” and one of the three major grain production bases in Northeast China.
