Day 1: Arrival in the Roof of the World - Lhasa

Upon arrival in Lhasa, the spiritual capital of Tibet, you'll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is dedicated to acclimatizing to Lhasa's high altitude (3,656 meters). Take this opportunity to relax and gradually adjust to the thin air while anticipating the incredible journey ahead.
Day 2: Exploring Lhasa's Spiritual Heart

Begin your Tibetan adventure with a full day exploring Lhasa's most iconic sites. Visit the magnificent Potala Palace, the former winter residence of the Dalai Lama and an architectural marvel dominating the Lhasa skyline. Continue to the sacred Jokhang Temple, Tibet's most revered religious site, before experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of Barkhor Street, where pilgrims circle the temple and local vendors offer traditional Tibetan crafts.
Day 3: Monastery Discovery in Lhasa

Day 4: Journey to the Celestial Lake - Namtso

Depart Lhasa for the spectacular Namtso Lake in Nagqu region, China's second-largest saltwater lake situated at 4,718 meters above sea level. Please note that accommodations at Namtso are basic, consisting of simple guesthouses or tents, reflecting the remote nature of this sacred destination.
Important Note: Namtso Lake is typically closed to visitors from November through March due to extreme weather conditions.
Day 5: Geothermal Wonders and Return to Lhasa
