The Tangshan Earthquake Memorial碑 is located in the center of the city, within the Memorial Plaza at the intersection of Xinhua Road and south of the construction road and cultural road. The plaza measures 320 meters east to west and 170 meters north to south, covering an area of 5.44 hectares. The eastern part of the plaza is home to the Earthquake Memorial碑, while the western part is the Earthquake Memorial Hall. The two main buildings are aligned in an east-west direction and are connected by a large water pool located between them, as well as a red brick-paved pedestrian path.
