Located on the easternmost tip of Beidaihe, the world-renowned Bìluó Tǎ Hǎiàng Bar Park was awarded the AAAA-level tourist attraction by the state in 2011. It is the first place to greet the sunrise in Beidaihe and offers an unparalleled view of the sunrise. The park is three-sided by the sea, forming a peninsula-shaped area, with North Pigeon窝 Park on the north, South Gold Hill Shark Rock Park on the south, and the sea on the east. With beautiful scenery, soft sand, and gentle tides, the park features a picturesque landscape of beach, rocks, pine forest, and the sea.

Named for its main attraction, the Bìluó Tǎ observation tower, the park is renowned for its unique shape as a left-twisting conch-shaped tower. Standing 21 meters tall and with seven floors, it is a one-of-a-kind sightseeing tower in the world. The park has become a prominent destination for experiencing night culture in Beidaihe, offering a blend of various elements such as performing arts, leisure culture, fashion culture, and gourmet culture. This truly immersive experience allows visitors to savor "the same sea, different feelings".

For visitors, it's recommended to allocate at least 3 hours to fully explore the park. Visitors can take the 15 bus to Kangle Road Station or Qinhuangdao Friendship Hotel Station and walk to the destination.

Tickets for the park are priced at 30 yuan for adults, and there are discounts available for those aged 1.6-69 with valid identification, as well as for full-time students under the age of 25.
