Admission and Opening Hours One of the great attractions of Zhanqiao is its accessibility. Admission to the pier and Zhanqiao Park is completely free of charge. The exterior of the pier and the park are open to the public 24 hours a day, every day of the year, allowing for visits at dawn, under the midday sun, or at night when the pier and Huilan Pavilion are beautifully illuminated.
