Jingniang Lake, also known as囗囗 Reservoir, is located in the northwest mountain area of Wuan City, Hebei Province. It is about 30 kilometers from Wuan City and 60 kilometers from邯郸. It is located in the Taihang Mountain range. The lake is in the shape of an inverted "person" character and is divided into two branches, each 3 kilometers long. According to historical records, the story of General Zhao匡胤 sending Jingniang here took place here. Jingniang Lake got its name because the story of Emperor Song sending Jingniang happened in this area.
