Guangfu Ancient City
The Guangfu Ancient City Scenic Area in Yongnian County, about 25 kilometers northeast of Handan City, is also known as the Guangping Prefecture City. It was first built in the late Sui Dynasty and expanded and renovated during the Yuan and Ming dynasties, resulting in a well-preserved ancient city with walls and a moat in the open plains. The city walls are still intact and show their former grandeur, with a wide moat surrounding them. The city has long been known as the "Northern Jiangnan" for its lush scenery and beautiful landscape.
