Congtai Park
Congtai Park is situated on the west side of Zhonghua Avenue in Handan City, Hebei Province. Covering an area of 369.6 acres, the park features a central Congtai Lake with a surface area of over 42 acres. Also known as "Wuling Congtai," it was reportedly built during the Wuling King's reign of the赵国in the 325-299 BC era, making it a place with over 2000 years of history.
The purpose of building the Congtai Tower was for the king to watch performances of dance, music, and military exercises. Historical records indicate that the tower featured various attractions such as the "Heavenly Bridge," "Snow Cave," "Powder Room," and "Flower Garden," all of which possessed unique structures and exquisite decorations, thereby gaining fame among the neighboring countries at that time.
