Day 2: Guiyang to Kaili - Papermaking Traditions & Miao Welcomes
Scenic Drive to Kaili, Shiqiao Village, Qingman Short-skirt Miao Village, Matang Gejia Village

After breakfast, embark on a scenic 3.5-4 hour drive to Kaili. En route, stop at Shiqiao Village in Danzhai County to witness traditional papermaking methods preserved for generations. Enjoy a 40-minute hike to Boji Miao village before continuing to Qingman, a Short-skirt Miao Village where villagers in traditional attire welcome guests with ceremonial songs and local wine. Enjoy an authentic lunch in the village before proceeding to Kaili. Visit Matang Village, home to the Gejia people renowned for their intricate batik craftsmanship. Evening at leisure with opportunity to try the famous Sour Soup Fish Hotpot (optional, at own expense).
Day 3: Kaili Cultural Exploration - Miao Villages & Terraced Landscapes

Explore stilted wooden houses and learn about Miao embroidery and customs. Continue to Kongbai Village, a quieter Miao settlement offering intimate insights into traditional village life and silverwork craftsmanship. In the afternoon, visit Wudong Village to admire stunning rice terraces cascading along hillsides, learning about ancient farming techniques before returning to Kaili.
Day 4: Kaili to Zhenyuan - River Town Charm & Spiritual Caves

Day 6: Guiyang Departure - Spiritual Sites & City Landmarks
