Located in the valley of Maoqi Town, Haicheng City, Liaoning Province, Haicheng Dabeisi is surrounded by mountains on all sides, creating a serene environment suitable for contemplative practice. The temple, situated in a mountainous terrain, has developed a preliminary architectural layout.

Haicheng Dabeisi consists of various structures, including the mountain gate, Tianwang Hall, Seven Buddhas Hall, Dabeisi Hall, Yaoshi Hall, Sutra Repository, Dharma Hall, Chan Hall, Nianfo Hall, Guest Hall, Dining Hall, Cloud and Water Hall, and Monastic Quarters. The overall architectural theme features a subdued gray color scheme with gray tiles and bricks, lacking vibrant hues. The temple exudes a sense of solemnity and stability, reflecting its primary purpose of providing a space for spiritual cultivation.

For transportation, visitors can take a train to Haicheng Railway Station. Upon exiting the station, they can find the 6-route minibus labeled "Haicheng-Xiaohe-Dabeisi" at the square 100 meters to the left. This minibus provides direct transportation to Dabeisi, and passengers can alight at the terminal, which is right at the entrance of Dabeisi.
